Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Processing times vary by item, as some items are handmade to order. Most items will ship within 5 working days, but please send a message if you have an item you need for a certain date and want to either check whether it will be ready, or have me prioritise, as some items can take up to 14 days to ship.

I ship with royal mail, 1st class. This tends to take 3-5 days to arrive, but can also arrive sooner, or occasionally the royal mail is subject to delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, australia, and many others
 At this time, we do not ship to the EU.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Princess Poison is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We send with Royal Mail International Standard which Aims to deliver worldwide in 6-7 working days, although in our experience, items can sometimes take 2 weeks.

If you would like items sent tracked, please message as there is an additional charge.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at info@princesspoison666.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and we will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution (replacement item).
